People are hungry for transformation. The fast changes, our expended sensitivity and increasing opportunities demand inner growth. Regular practice of yoga and meditation is one the most effective ways of self-transformation. The need for yoga coaching is expanding and will grow even more. On top of this, teaching and coaching others is the best way to develop and grow oneself.

The goal of this coaching training is twofold;

  1. to motivate and coach yourself into successfully completing a 40/90 days yoga and meditation practice
  2. to learn specific coaching skills and techniques as well as yoga and meditation exercises, to coach others into a regular yoga practice and to help them to get through physical, emotional and mental blockages

* The KYC Training Level 2 continues with coaching students into answering life questions, discovering your own life purpose and those of your clients, and specific yoga, meditation and affirmation exercises to be successful and happy in daily life.

A few more words from Kundalini Yoga Coaches in training:

‘I feel so happy since the training: I am so grateful!’

“It was on my intuition that I decided to join the Kundalini Coaching class of Guru Gian. The only thing I knew, was that I was ready to deepen my Kundalini Yoga knowledge and understandings. So basically without a clear goal, I jumped into this interesting adventure. And interesting and great it is! I now realize that Kundalini Yoga Coaching is the most powerful method in changing someone’s perception of life. No psychologist, hypnotherapist or doctor can bring what Kundalini Yoga Coaching is giving you (I speak from experience), as it works on awakening of all levels; your body, your mind, your energy, your spirituality. Guru Gian teaches us with deep respect and Kundalini Yoga knowledge, from his hart, and brings about all relevant teaching principles and techniques that you should use in order to change someone’s perception of his life and his situation. Or as Guru Gian points out, go from Karma to Dharma.

The group of students is colourful and therefore interesting. I enjoy the training days a lot and the energy I receive (and give) make me so grateful. The Kundalini Yoga Coaching manuals are a good basis and together with all lectures of Guru Gian, a great source of Kundalini Yoga knowledge. During the course we start working with clients and this really connects knowledge from the manual to real practice experience. This part I enjoy very much: feel how it is to define the goals of your client (intake consultation), design a personal Kundalini Yoga set and encourage your client to start a Sadhana and use techniques to change old habits.

So when I started I had no specific goals, but at this stage I have been coaching myself, deepen my Kundalini Yoga experience and awaken my passion for coaching. And I might surprise myself, as I will be a Kundalini Yoga coach by the end of this year. As my passion for Kundalini Yoga now had an extra aspect: a better understanding of its power.”

‘If he can do it, you can do it too’

“Jasper is one of the most authentic people I know; his life embodies Spirit, but in the most down-to-earth way. He is a teacher who you can relate to; he makes you feel that if he can do it, you can do it too. It is truly his purpose to lift people to a higher level, so they also can become successful in their lives. In his coaching he is kind and empathetic, but what makes him a great coach is that he knows exactly when your mind is playing tricks on you, and he will not let you get away with it.”
